Many men are unhappy with the size and shape of their penis. The size of the penis frequently affects man’s self-esteem as well as his personal life.
Until now, there have been very few methods of increasing the size and changing the shape of the penis. At the moment, there are safe procedures that instantly increase penile circumference. At Princesse, we use two types of fillers to enlarge the penis – based on hyaluronic acid or the Patient’s own fat. An appropriate type of filler is selected by a physician during the consultation after discussing Patient’s expectations. Depending on natural physiognomy and expected result of the procedure, we administer from 10 to even 40 ml of the filler during one procedure. This increases penile circumference by 3-5 cm and lengthens it by about 1-2 cm.

ABOUT PENILE AUGMENTATION
We use topical anaesthetic, which makes the procedure painless.
When deciding to fill the penis with an autologous transplant of the Patient’s own fat, a physician first collects fat tissue, usually from the Patient’s abdomen. The fat is then processed in a medical centrifuge to prepare it for transplantation. With a hyaluronic acid-based filler, no such preparation is necessary
Before the filler is injected, the treatment site is cleaned and disinfected.
The filler is then injected with a needle or cannula around the penile shaft just under the skin. Finally, the penis is wrapped in a bandage, which should be removed after 12 hours. The whole procedure takes about an hour, and when finished the Patient can leave the clinic immediately.
Redness, bruising and swelling, which may occur after penile augmentation, usually disappear after about a week. There is no severe pain. The filler may clump topically for the first 20-30 days, so in order to achieve a natural, perfect effect, the Patient should massage the penis every day for the first three weeks to smooth out any small bumps. For a period of 3-4 weeks sexual activity, including strong masturbation, is not recommended. In particular, the Patient should avoid anal sex, as it can lead to infection and, due to the greater pressure on the penis, can cause displacement of the filler. If you nevertheless have sexual intercourse during the first week, you must disinfect the entire penis and the surrounding area with a disinfectant, such as Octanisept.
The procedure does not require much preparation.
Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or drugs 24 hours before the procedure.
One week before the procedure, do not take common painkillers, as they thin the blood and may cause more bruising after insertions. Garlic and onion have a similar effect.
If you take NSAIDs, talk to your GP and ask if you can discontinue them two weeks before your procedure. If your GP refuses, don’t discontinue your medication on your own! The procedure can still be performed, but you must expect more bruising.
Two weeks before the procedure, you can start taking vitamin C, which will strengthen capillary walls and thus reduce formation of bruises.
Shave or trim your pubic hair two days before the procedure. On the day of the procedure wash the pubic shaft, penis and scrotum thoroughly with soap and water.
After the procedure, the penis will significantly increase its circumference and will become slightly longer.
The quality of sexual life should improve and sensations will become more intense.
Hyaluronic acid fillers last about two years, after this time the treatment should be repeated. Autologous fat transplant lasts for many years if the Patient does not follow a weight loss diet. And what if you are not satisfied with the effect and the penis turns out to be too big? Hyaluronic acid can be immediately dissolved by hyaluronidase, while autologous transplant fat is irreversible, which should be taken into account when choosing a type of filler.
There are not many contraindications to penile augmentation, but they must be taken into consideration. Below you will find the most important of them.
Asymptomatic carrier of hepatitis B or hepatitis C.
Viral hepatitis often affects autoimmune reactions. It mainly depends on the stage of the disease as well as its activity. Only your attending physician may decide whether you are eligible for a aesthetic medicine procedure. Ask them for a written consent for the procedure. Only then, we can perform the procedure.
Diabetes.
In case of advanced diabetes wound healing is impaired. However, when treated and controlled, diabetes is not a problem. If you have diabetes, please ask your attending physician for a written consent for the aesthetic medicine procedure and present it to us on the day of the procedure.
Active cancer.
Cancer that occurred less than 5 years prior to the procedure.
Chemo- and radiotherapy
Autoimmune diseases apart from thyroid disease, acquired vitiligo, and alopecia areata. For example, these diseases include psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, sarcoidosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis.
Treatment with Izotec or its substitutes less than 6 months prior the procedure date.
Steroids, except asthma medications and inhaled steroids, taken less than one month prior to the scheduled procedure.
Fungal medications or antibiotics taken less than one week prior to the procedure.
Tendency to keloids.
Hemophilia.
Epilepsy.
Asymptomatic HIV infection or active AIDS.
Skin diseases in the planned treatment site.
Fever, viral or bacterial infection on the day of the procedure.
