Lipo Lax injection lipolysis is performed in order to topically reduce fat tissue. This treatment procedure involves injecting a preparation that facilitates elimination of fat deposits into selected areas of the body. The preparation causes disintegration of cell membranes adipocytes (fat cells) and topical reduction of fat deposits. Fatty acids released from adipose tissue are removed by the body metabolic processes. During the Lipo Lax procedure, we use a preparation containing phosphatidylcholine with lipolytic effect and L-carnitine intensifying its impact. In addition, composition of the preparation is enriched with a complex of compounds that thicken and tighten the skin, so we obtain comprehensive body shaping. Lipo Lax injection lipolysis allows for reducing topical fat deposits, but it is not a method for comprehensive body slimming. The preparation can be injected into the abdomen and love handles, back or buttocks, the parts that are particularly resistant to slimming. The treatment also allows for shaping of the hips, inner thighs or the area above the knees. These areas are resistant to the process of slimming and may have a negative impact on appearance of the entire body. Lipo Lax lipolysis not only has a body-slimming effect, but also firms the skin in the treatment site. This means that the selected area is flawlessly firmed and shaped. This is especially important in the shoulder area, inner thighs or above the knee area, where the skin tends to become flabby. Removal of fat deposits alone may contribute to greater visibility of skin flabbiness. Performing Lipo Lax lipolysis, which smooths and tightens the skin, allows not only for slimming down given parts of the body, but also for rejuvenating and perfectly modelling it.
To achieve noticeable slimming effects, three procedures repeated every 14-21 are is usually enough. Sometimes it is necessary to increase a number of procedures to 5-10. A circumference of a given body part may be reduced even by a few centimetres. An additional benefit is improvement in skin condition – its firming and thickening. Repeating a series of treatments holds up spectacular effects, so a body figure looks impeccable much longer.

Lipo Lax is a complex of active compounds that enable topical fat removal. The Lipo Lax + preparation is designed for injection into selected areas of the body and face. Dissolving fat is possible thanks to the compounds that stimulate lipolysis, i.e. breakdown of fat cells and burning of released fat, such as phosphatidylcholine, -carnitine and sodium deoxycholate. Sodium deoxycholate leads to breakdown of cell membranes of adipocytes, which allows for releasing of fatty acid deposits. Phosphatidylcholine, on the other hand, activates breakdown of triglycerides while inhibiting binding of the resulting free fatty acids and their conversion back into triglycerides. This is why a combination of phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate is so effective against fat deposits.
Lipo Lax VL is enriched with a rejuvenating peptide complex, producing an immediate effect of skin firming, which, combined with the loss of fat deposits allows for effective body shaping. Particularly noteworthy is acetyl-hexapeptide-8 with impact analogous to botulinum toxin, so this compound strongly smooths and tightens the skin. In turn, palmitoyl-pentapeptide-4 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 stimulate synthesis of elastin fibres, extremely effectively supporting the regenerative processes. During the consultation a desired effect is discussed; the best way to administer the preparation is selected and an approximate number of procedures required is determined. The most important advantage of injection lipolysis is its effectiveness and low invasiveness. A series of only 2-3 procedures results in losing of up to several centimetres in the circumference of the treatment site. No need for anaesthesia except for anaesthetic ointment, safety and completely non-invasive body contouring puts injection lipolysis treatment at the forefront of slimming treatments. To increase effectiveness of injection lipolysis, the Patient should drink plenty of fluids after the procedure, avoid the sauna and sunbathing, abstain from alcohol and use lymphatic drainage after swelling subsides.
Injection lipolysis is an effective and safe alternative to invasive slimming procedures. Immediately after the procedure the skin may be swollen and itchy, which disappear after a few days. For a small volume of adipose tissue, a series of 2-3 procedures is enough; for larger deposits of fat more procedures may be required. Intervals between them should be 3-4 weeks.
The procedure does not require much preparation.
Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or drugs 24 hours before the procedure.
One week before the procedure, do not take common painkillers, as they thin the blood and may cause more bruising after insertions. Garlic and onion have a similar effect.
If you take NSAIDs, talk to your GP and ask if you can discontinue them two weeks before your procedure. If your GP refuses, don’t discontinue your medication on your own! The procedure can still be performed, but you must expect more bruising.
Two weeks before the procedure, you can start taking vitamin C, which will strengthen capillary walls and thus reduce formation of bruises.
The effects of injection lipolysis appear within two weeks and its full potential is visible after a month. During healing, small to very large swelling, redness and warming of the injection site can be observed. The treatment site may also be slightly painful, which is a natural effect of fat tissue damage.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
There are not many contraindications to injection lipolysis, but they must be taken into consideration. Below you will find the most important of them.
Asymptomatic carrier of hepatitis B or hepatitis C.
Viral hepatitis often affects autoimmune reactions. It mainly depends on the stage of the disease as well as its activity. Only your attending physician may decide whether you are eligible for a aesthetic medicine procedure. Ask them for a written consent for the procedure. Only then, we can perform the procedure.
Diabetes.
In case of advanced diabetes wound healing is impaired. However, when treated and controlled, diabetes is not a problem. If you have diabetes, please ask your attending physician for a written consent for the aesthetic medicine procedure and present it to us on the day of the procedure.
Active cancer.
Cancer that occurred less than 5 years prior to the procedure.
Chemo- and radiotherapy
Autoimmune diseases apart from thyroid disease, acquired vitiligo, and alopecia areata. For example, these diseases include psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, sarcoidosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis.
Treatment with Izotec or its substitutes less than 6 months prior the procedure date.
Steroids, except asthma medications and inhaled steroids, taken less than one month prior to the scheduled procedure.
Fungal medications or antibiotics taken less than one week prior to the procedure.
Tendency to keloids.
Hemofilia.
Epilepsy.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding. We do not perform procedures in pregnant ladies or nursing mothers, even with the physician’s consent. When it comes to children, one can’t be too careful!
Asymptomatic HIV infection or active AIDS.
Skin diseases in the planned treatment site.
Fever, viral or bacterial infection on the day of the procedure.
