Fat transfer involves collecting fat tissue from the Patient, preparing it properly and then transplanting it to the selected area of the face or body. The procedure allows for removal of a double chin, shaping facial features, injecting wrinkles fillers, enlarging penis circumference and revitalising hands.
Lipofilling is a non-surgical procedure which shapes your face or figure. The essence of the procedure is autologous transplantation of own fat taken from the Patient. Fat tissue is collected with a thin cannula. Fat is extracted from such areas of the body as the abdomen, thighs or knees, and then it is properly processed. Collected fat is purified and fat cells are extracted from it. Thus, prepared material can be transplanted into selected parts of the face or body. The procedure takes about 60-90 minutes and is performed under topical anaesthesia.
An unquestionable advantage of using own body fat as a filler is the fact that such biological material is completely safe and its use is not associated with the occurrence of allergic reactions. We can transplant much larger volumes of fat than in case of using such fillers as hyaluronic acid. Finally, an additional benefit of using fat tissue is stem cells contained in it, which perfectly supports the regenerative processes.

I highly recommend!

Fat tissue collected from the Patient can be used for facial shaping. We can soften sharp facial features, fill in nasolabial folds, give the cheeks a desired shape and also fill the eye area. Autologous transplantation of own fat allows for comprehensive facial rejuvenation by adding volume to specific parts of the face. This results in shaping an appropriate oval as well as smoothing out wrinkles and reducing skin flabbiness. Excellent rejuvenating and beautifying effects can be achieved through the injecting fat into filling the tear through with fat. In such a case, the effect is brightening of bruises under the eyes and rejuvenation of the eye area. Fat transplant performed on the hands spectacularly improves their appearance, reducing visibility of veins or tendons.

Another application of lipofilling procedure is penile augmentation with autologous fat transplant. The procedure makes it possible to increase penile circumference thanks to the injection of fat cells. The entire procedure takes about 60 minutes and is performed under topical anaesthesia. Fat injected under the skin is distributed in such a way as to preserve the natural shape of the penis. It is distributed evenly without causing irregularities or thickening. The procedure enables enlargement of the penis circumference even by 5-6 cm. Most importantly, the penile augmentation with fat transplant does not disturb the mechanisms leading to achieving and maintaining erection. The effects of the procedure last up to five years.

Autologous fat transplants are also used in aesthetic gynaecology. Filling the labia majora with autologous fat transplant is a procedure that restores the aesthetic appearance of the intimate parts. The labia become fuller, the skin is tighter and more moisturised, it looks younger. In addition, the effect of labia enlargement with own fat improves the quality of sexual life. Fat transfer procedure can be performed not only for aesthetic reasons, but also in women prone to injuries, abrasions or intimate infections. This procedure is especially recommended for women in the perimenopausal period, when subcutaneous body fat gradually disappears and skin gets thinner.

Syringe liposuction can be used to reduce localised fat deposits. This is especially true in locations, such as the chin or jawline. Other possible locations for the procedure include the area above the knees, pubic rise, arms, flanks or thighs. Traditional liposuction involves suctioning the fat with a special pump. This type of procedure allows for getting rid of larger amounts of fatty tissue. Syringe liposuction, on the other hand, eliminates small deposits of fat, such as a double chin, and is performed with a special syringe, which means it is much less invasive.
Thanks to a special cannula, fat cells can be sucked out without the risk of damaging the treatment site. It is enough to make a small, approximately two-millimetre incision in the skin and introduce the cannula, which generates slightly negative pressure and allows suctioning the fatty tissue. The procedure is performed under topical anaesthesia – a physician first injects the liposuction site with an anaesthetic that shrinks blood vessels. Immediately after the procedure Patient can return home. The effect is noticeable immediately after the procedure, and final result is visible when swelling of the treatment site disappears. It can take from 2 to 4 weeks. One procedure is usually enough and more procedures are not necessary.

Autologous fat transplant produces spectacular results in a short period of time. After the procedure, swelling and bruising may occur both at the liposuction site and at the fat transplant site. The first effects can be observed after a few days when the swelling subsides and the final result is visible after a few months when the full regeneration of the treatment site takes place and 20-30% of the implanted fat is absorbed.
One or two procedures are usually enough and the effects persist for many years.
Own fat transplant produces a very natural effect. An additional benefit is skin rejuvenation, which is possible thanks to the activity of stem cells and stimulated formation of new blood vessels. Such advanced regenerative processes lead to comprehensive revitalisation of the treatment site.

During the consultation, we discuss the expected effect and chose the best method for the Patient. Before the procedure, topical anaesthetic is administered. A physician first administers a fat dissolving mixture and then suctions out fat with a special cannula. If fat is to be transplanted to another location, it is first processed in a centrifuge.

The procedure does not require much preparation.

Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or drugs 24 hours before the procedure.

One week before the procedure, do not take common painkillers, as they thin the blood and may cause more bruises. Garlic and onion have a similar effect.

If you take NSAIDs, talk to your GP and ask if you can discontinue them two weeks before your procedure. If your GP refuses, don’t discontinue your medication on your own! The procedure can still be performed, but you must expect more bruising.

Two weeks before the procedure, you can start taking vitamin C, which will strengthen capillary walls and thus reduce formation of bruises.

The treatment site may be bruised, swollen and painful for about two weeks to a month, depending on the treatment site. In some cases, the Patient needs to wear compression bandages and apply special massages.
