NEEDLE AND MICRO-NEEDLE TREATMENT

Mesotherapy is a procedure involving puncturing a specific area of the skin in order to administer subcutaneously active compounds. Preparations administered subcutaneously during the procedure are matched individually to the needs of the skin. A mesotherapy procedure is very versatile: it can be performed on the face, scalp, and such areas of the body as hands, neck and cleavage, abdomen, arms, thighs.
A mesotherapy procedure is performed in order to revitalise, rejuvenate and beautify the selected body area. The very process of puncturing the skin produces beneficial effects by stimulating regenerative processes. By stimulating synthesis of collagen fibres and activating formation of new blood vessels, the skin becomes denser and more firm. A type of preparation injected has huge impact on improving the skin condition. It smooths facial wrinkles, firms the skin, reduces shadows and bags under the eyes. It can reduce visibility of hyperpigmentation and unify of skin tone, as well as reduce acne scars. Mesotherapy of scalp inhibits excessive hair loss. Procedures performed on the body produce the effect of skin rejuvenation and firming, reducing scars and stretch marks.

TYPES OF MESOTHERAPY PREPARATIONS

1

FIXER®

Fixer is used in needle mesotherapy which ensures the effect of smoothing out mimic wrinkles. The procedure is referred to as organic botox, as the active compounds contained in Fixer mimic the impact of botulinum toxin. They block neuromuscular conduction, which results in smoothing out mimic wrinkles. This effect is caused by the following active compounds of the preparation: acetylated hexapeptide-20 and acetylated hexapeptide-8.
By blocking synthesis of neurotransmitters, these neuropeptides reduce the activity of selected mimic muscles, which translates into the alleviation of wrinkles, as well as slowing down their deepening. Another active compound of the mesotherapy preparation is dimethylaminoethanol which tightens collagen fibres and stimulates activity of fibrocytes. Okra extract also influences smoothing and tightening of the skin, and caprylic glycol binds water, providing deep skin hydration. This rich composition is complemented by green tea extract, which neutralises free radicals, protecting the skin from their harmful effects.
Needle mesotherapy with Fixer is primarily dedicated to people with the problem of flaccid skin on which wrinkles are visible. The procedure reduces shallow wrinkles both on the face and on the neck or cleavage. Excellent results can be achieved in the case of crow’s feet, forehead wrinkles, smoker’s wrinkles or rabbit wrinkles at the base of the nose. The therapy regimen is as follows: initially we recommend 3-4 procedures at one-two week intervals; after that reminder procedures should be performed once a month.

2

SUNEKOS® 200

Sunekos® 200 is a solution dedicated to young people whose skin does not show advanced signs of ageing. Mesotherapy cocktail contains low molecular hyaluronic acid and a complex of amino acids: proline, glycine, valine, lysine and hydroxylysine. This innovative product allows for regeneration of extracellular matrix, which is possible thanks to stimulation of activity of the fibroblasts. They are skin cells responsible for synthesis of collagen and elastin fibres. Such stimulation of the skin’s bio-renewal process is accompanied by increase in its density and elasticity, smoothing out fine wrinkles and reducing the visibility of acne scars or stretch marks. The procedure can be performed on the face, including under the eyes, as well as on the neck and cleavage. Other treatment sites include the hands and arms, inner parts of the thighs or the area above the knees. The procedure is recommended in case of appearance of the first signs of skin aging: a loss of flabbiness, fine wrinkles. The procedure is also dedicated to tired, dull, lackluster skin. In addition, such mesotherapy deeply moisturises dry skin.
Sunekos ® 200 needle mesotherapy produces an immediate effect of skin revitalisation, and after about two months you can see smoothing of wrinkles and elasticity of the skin. The effects last for about 6 months. The recommended therapy regimen consists of 3-4 procedures performed at 7-10 day intervals.

3

LIGHT EYES ULTRA

Light Eyes Ultra mesotherapy is a designed to rejuvenate and revitalise the eye area. The preparation includes vitamin C, which brightens the skin, and moisturising hyaluronic acid. Other valuable components of the preparation include plant extracts from blueberries being a rich source of antioxidants neutralizing free radicals, butcher’s-broom with draining properties, i.e. preventing accumulation of excess fluid and rosemary stimulating blood microcirculation, as well as Argireline hexapeptide reducing mimic wrinkles. This unique composition of six amino acids is compared to botox, because it causes topical muscle relaxation and smooths out mimic wrinkles under the eyes. Such a carefully composed product guarantees high effectiveness of the procedure. Mesotherapy under the eyes stimulates blood circulation in this area, reducing tendency to accumulate fluids, as well as stimulation of collagen fibre synthesis. Thanks to this multidirectional impact, Light Eyes Ultra mesotherapy comprehensively rejuvenates the eye area. It reduces under-eye bruising and swelling, moisturises eye skin, its firmness and smooths out fine lines.
It should be performed 2-4 times: one procedure every 10 days. The effects last for about 6 months. To extend duration of the effects, once every two months a reminder procedure can be performed.

4

JUVEDERM® HYDRATE

Juvéderm® Hydrate is a needle mesotherapy procedure, which deeply hydrates the skin and restore its elasticity. This procedure can be performed on the face, neck, cleavage, and hands. Juvéderm® Hydrate consists of low-molecular, uncross-linked hyaluronic acid. Thanks to its ability to bind large volumes of water, it helps hydrate the skin, restoring flawless appearance, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles, and producing a refreshing effect. Another important component of the preparation is mannitol, which slows down physiological processes of hyaluronic acid degradation, making it possible to extend the duration of the preparation’s effect. Additionally, mannitol exhibits antioxidant properties. In addition, the preparation contains a rich complex of dozens of active compounds, such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and nucleic acids.

Juvéderm® Hydrate mesotherapy is used to revitalise tired, dull and dehydrated skin on the face, neck and cleavage. It restore a healthy glow and tone and increase the density of mature, flabby skin. The procedure also smooths out fine wrinkles. One mesotherapy procedure is enough to moisturise and immediately revitalise the skin. However, in order to achieve long-term improvement of skin condition a series of three procedures can be repeated at intervals of 3-4 weeks.

5

NEAUVIA® HUDRO DELUXE

Neauvia® Hydro Deluxe revitalises the skin of the face, neck, cleavage and hands. The most important effect of the procedure is stimulation of the natural processes of skin bio-renewal. The preparation used during the procedure consists of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid in high concentration, as well as calcium hydroxyapatite and amino acids: glycine and proline. Hyaluronic acid binds water and moisturizes the skin, while calcium hydroxyapatite has a bio-revitalising effect. Thanks to these active compounds, the preparation stimulates synthesis of collagen and elastin fibres, which translates into advanced skin revitalisation. Calcium hydroxyapatite particles create a special scaffolding, on which collagen and elastin fibres are built. This creates a dense mesh of fibres, which causes strengthening of the skin structure. The skin becomes better moisturised, denser and more elastic, fine wrinkles are smoothed out. Another effect of the procedure is brightening of the skin and improved colour. Neauvia ® Hydro Deluxe mesotherapy procedure in aimed at both young people who want to slow down appearance of the first signs of aging, as well as mature individuals. The procedure is distinguished by its high effectiveness and high level of safety. Active ingredients used during the procedure are fully biocompatible and stimulate physiological processes of skin renewal. 3 procedures should be performed at monthly intervals, and then several reminder procedures every few months.

6

DR CYJ HAIR FILLER

Dr Cyj Hair Filler mesotherapy is performed on the scalp and is used for complex hair strengthening. The preparation includes a carefully composed complex of 7 biomimetic peptides, which stimulate the work of hair follicles. The preparation also contains hyaluronic acid with moisturising and soothing properties. The unique formula of the preparation ensures long-term release of active compounds, which guarantees effective impact of the active compounds. Biomimetic peptides penetrate the skin and hair follicles even for two weeks after the procedure. After the procedure, the process of neoangiogenesis, i.e. formation of new blood vessels, is stimulated, which means better nutrition and oxygenation of hair follicles. Hair follicle stem cells are stimulated, hair grows faster and excessive hair loss is reduced.
Scalp mesotherapy can be performed in case of deterioration of hair condition, its thinning, brittleness and matting. The primary indication is the increased loss of hair of various causes, including androgenic and noticeable thinning of hair. Moreover, mesotherapy is performed in Patients after hair transplantation and is aimed to strengthen it. Four procedures should be performed at two-week intervals. The first effects in the form of inhibition of hair loss can be observed after 2 months. Additionally, hair become thicker, shinier, they are full of brightness and their growth rate is faster.

MICRO-NEEDLE TREATMENT

Micro-needle treatment consists in intensive puncturing of the skin with the use of thin, short needles, from 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm long. Such puncturing of the skin can be performed with a special device. It is primarily aimed at stimulating the repair processes. As a result of puncturing the skin to a certain depth, it is possible to stimulate synthesis of collagen fibres, improve blood microcirculation, and release growth factors from platelets. A skin puncturing procedure can be combined with the application of appropriate nutritional cocktails to the skin. The procedure can be performed on the skin of the face, neck and cleavage, hands or other areas of the body. Micro-needle treatment results primarily in improved skin texture, which may translate into reduction in visibility of pores, shallowing of fine wrinkles and scars, firming the skin and its rejuvenation. Performing a series of procedures can improve skin quality in areas that are particularly prone to losing firmness, such as the abdomen, buttocks, thighs or arms. The procedure improves skin quality, helps fight stretch marks, and restores elasticity to flaccid skin.
A series of several procedures, preferably 4-6, should be performed every 2-4 weeks. The final effect of micro-needle treatment is visible after about two months, when the skin is regenerated and its structure improved.

JUSTYNA GRADEK

PROCEDURE

During the consultation, we discuss the expected effect and chose the best preparation for the Patient. Before the treatment an anaesthetic ointment is applied, which significantly reduces pain sensations – the injections feel similar to mosquito bites. During the procedure, a selected preparation is administered in a form adjusted to the technique.

EFFECT

The effect of mesotherapy is nourished, radiant skin with better condition. After a series of procedures fine wrinkles become shallower, hyperpigmentation disappears and the oval of the face becomes tighter. Mesotherapy is also excellent anti-aging prevention.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

The procedure does not require much preparation.

Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or drugs 24 hours before the procedure.

One week before the procedure, do not take common painkillers, as they thin the blood and may cause more bruising after insertions. Garlic and onion have a similar effect.

If you take NSAIDs, talk to your GP and ask if you can discontinue them two weeks before your procedure. If your GP refuses, don’t discontinue your medication on your own! The procedure can still be performed, but you must expect more bruising.

Two weeks before the procedure, you can start taking vitamin C, which will strengthen capillary walls and thus reduce formation of bruises.

RECOVERY

Minor redness, which develops at the site of the injections, usually disappears within 24 hours. In the case of some preparations, delicate bubbles may appear under the skin; they disappear within 2-3 days. The course of healing is usually mild and does not require leave.
